Delivery Policy

All UK, Europe and International orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded or EVRI Delivery, fully tracked.

Orders to the UK will take 2-4 business days to arrive, at a cost of £4.

Orders to the European Union will take 2-11 business days to arrive, at a cost of
£12.

Orders Worldwide will take 3-17 business days to arrive, at a cost of £20.

We will only deliver items to the billing address. If for any reason you need
the item to go to a different delivery address, please email us at
houseoffrisson@gmail.com after you have made payment so we can
arrange this for you.

House of Frisson cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by
the local postal service or customs checks. We hold no responsibility over the
parcel once it has been posted. Any customs changes are the sole
responsibility of the customer.

All items in the online shop listed in stock are ready for dispatch within 1-2
working days. If the item is out of stock and you would like us to make it for
you, this can take between 4-6 weeks depending on the item.
